What our stations look like
No renders and no stock. These are photographs from Merch Troop activations — jersey studios, personalization counters, guest lines and late-night floors.
Almost every vendor photograph you will see while shopping for an event station is a render, a stock library image, or a beautifully lit shot taken during setup with nobody in the room. We would rather show you the awkward truth: crowds, cables, folding tables, mixed lighting and a crew mid-shift. That is what your event will look like, and if it still looks good in these conditions it will look good at yours.
A few things are worth noticing as you scroll. The presses are always in the guest's line of sight — that is deliberate, and it is most of why a queue tolerates itself. The counters are always dressed and the equipment is always tidy, because a station that looks like a workbench reads as back-of-house and guests stop approaching it. And the stacks of blanks are always visible, since a guest cannot choose what they cannot see.
You will also spot formats other than jerseys here: hat bars, patch tables, live embroidery and screen printing. Merch Troop runs all of them with the same crews, and the reason they appear on a jersey bar site is that they share exactly the same logic — a guest walks up, makes a choice, watches it happen, and wears it out.

What we will not put on this page
No AI-generated imagery. Not one frame. Every photograph above came off somebody's phone at an event our crews worked, which is why the framing is imperfect and the lighting is whatever the venue had. We also will not caption a photograph with a client's name or attach a quote nobody said. If you want references relevant to your kind of event, ask on a call and we will talk about it properly.
